My art journey has been anything but linear. I loved drawing and painting as a child, but like many, life pulled me in other directions—career, family, responsibilities—and art quietly took a back seat.

In 2018, everything changed after a life event made it impossible for me to continue working. I turned to art for healing, and what began as therapy quickly reignited a deep passion.

While I enjoy working in different mediums, watercolor holds a special place in my heart. Its fluid, unpredictable nature feels both freeing and grounding. As a former school teacher, I now combine my love of watercolor with my love of teaching—helping adults rediscover their creativity, one brushstroke at a time.
